An online tool aimed at students ages 9 to 16, it features a variety of texts including stories, textbooks, poems, plays, and novels. The library also houses specific materials for the content areas of science and social studies. It features activities from the readings.
Application in education
The teacher can send reading material to students on different topics or types of texts. He/she can leave activities related to the reading as embedded questions during or at the end of the reading. The teacher can track students' progress and the texts they have interacted with. Students can see notifications from their teacher during activity progress. Students can also work collaboratively. It has a text-reading technology for students who have difficulty reading. It also has a text translator and dictionary, for those words that the student does not understand.
