Technology that allows the collection of research excerpts via the web by means of bookmarks, comments, forms, highlights, outliners, notes, and image capture. The fragments are concentrated in a library and can be consulted at any time from any device regardless of whether the source page is no longer available. It has the functionality to share content within the library by creating groups, interacting with the group and forming a common knowledge base.
